• Roofing & Exterior Protection: Replaced existing roofs with durable industrial-grade metal sheeting and weather-treated timber supports, installed a complete rainwater gutter system, and applied premium weather-resistant textured paint to all outer walls.
• Interior Renovations & Finishes: Installed modern suspended decorative ceilings, solid mahogany doors, smooth wooden window sills, and non-slip tile flooring, complemented by full interior repainting.
• Plumbing, Electrical & Security: Executed a complete overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems, alongside the installation of heavy-duty steel security door grilles.
• Water Tank Stand: Constructed a brand-new elevated steel water tank stand resting on deep, reinforced concrete foundations to ensure a continuous water supply.
• Paving & Driveway: Renovated the main driveway and walkways using heavy-duty interlocking paving blocks neatly bordered with kerbstone edging.
