Project Overview: Steenbok Construction Limited served as the Sub-Contractor for the renovation of the incinerator facility at Maina Soko Hospital. The project involved critical structural alterations and specialized labour support for the machine’s installation and commissioning.

Key Technical Scope:

• Structural Expansion & Remediation: Conducted controlled demolition of existing partition walls to optimize the floor plan for the new equipment. Installed Structural steel beams and columns to strengthen the roof slab.
• Building Envelope & Protection: Executed full waterproofing of the roof slab to prevent moisture ingress.
• Finishes: Tiling and Painting
• Specialized MEP Works: Upgraded electrical installations to meet power demands for the incineration machine.
