Project Overview: Steenbok Construction Limited was engaged as the Sub-Contractor for the comprehensive structural renovation of the Engie Warehouse. This project was highly time-sensitive and was successfully executed during the peak of the rainy season, requiring rigorous scheduling to maintain site integrity and meet the client’s critical deadline.

Key Technical Scope:

• Demolition & Decommissioning: Controlled removal of the existing roof covering, structural supports, and the original steel portal frame. This phase included the systematic decommissioning of the electrical infrastructure.
• Structural Steelwork & Roofing: Installed a new structural steel portal frame, integrated with a high-specification roofing system.
• Specialized MEP Upgrades: Executed a full upgrade of the facility’s electrical systems to support modern industrial power requirements and operational efficiency.
• Architectural Finishes: Performed comprehensive “making good” of the disturbed structure followed by industrial-grade painting and protective coatings.
